Description
Fresh vegetables packs, just what you need to create your own hiking & camping dinner. Our lightweight individual and mixed veggie packs are great for adding to noodle dishes, curries, or to our adventure meals.
1. Soak for 1-2 hours in cold water.
2. Using the haybox method, add boiling water to the food in a container and cover for 15 minutes.
3. Cook on a stove for 5-7 minutes.
20g rehydrates to 60-85g of cooked vegetables, depending on the product.
