We deliver nationwide across South Africa.

2. Delivery Times

• Major centres: 2–5 working days.

• Outlying/rural areas: 3–7 working days.
  Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen events.

3. Shipping Costs

• Calculated at checkout.

• Free delivery for orders above R999.

4. Tracking

You will receive tracking information by email or SMS once your order is dispatched.

5. Responsibility & Risk

• Risk passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.

• Please inspect your parcel immediately and notify us of any issues within 48 hours.

6. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, you may be responsible for re-delivery costs.
