Description
Energy Gel Taster Pack: Nine Gels Before You Commit to a Box of 24
Buying a box of 24 gels before you know which one you can face at kilometre 40 is one of the more avoidable mistakes in endurance nutrition. This energy gel taster pack gives you nine gels across brands, flavours and caffeine levels so you can find what works before the race-day stakes are on the line.
Test one new gel per session in training at race intensity. The conditions matter as much as the product.
A gel that works fine on a Tuesday easy run might be entirely wrong at race pace with an empty stomach. Test accordingly.
What's in it
- Nine gels across neutral, salty, and caffeinated flavour profiles
- You pick the flavours, no flavour twice
- Covers the main gel formats available at Fuel First
