Cramps do not care about your race plan. 32Gi Cramp Assalt is an anti cramp gel that South African runners, cyclists and triathletes keep in their kit for when the legs start making threats. High sodium electrolytes plus a natural capsicum (chilli) extract.

184mg sodium, 69mg potassium, 40mg magnesium, plus glutamine. The capsicum is there because early research suggests a strong taste in the mouth may interrupt a cramp as it starts. Yes, capsicum. The evidence is still young, so try it in training first.
